Globally, more than 300,000 children are born with

Globally, more than 300,000 children are born with sickle cell disease each year, with more than 80% born in sub-Saharan Africa. Thus, our efforts at NOB Foundation are dedicated to the continent primarily in Ghana and Nigeria.
Since our inception in December 2019, the foundation has enrolled and supported a combined 218 patients. We have also partnered with local nonprofits in Ghana and Nigeria to provide healthcare resources to individuals living with sickle cell disease, expecting mothers in need and more.
