Our Mission.
No One Behind (NOB) Foundation is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to ensuring that children and families impacted by sickle cell in under-resourced communities are SEEN — supported through life-saving care, educated through genotype awareness, empowered with sustainable resources, and never forgotten through collaborative, community-driven solutions.

Our Founders Message.
The work of the NOB Foundation began with faith, purpose, and a promise to my roots.
I founded this organization in honor of my sister, Matilda, and her extraordinary journey as a sickle cell warrior. Her strength and resilience continue to guide our mission and shape everything we do. That mission is simple yet profound: to ensure that sickle cell warriors, their families, and the communities we serve are SEEN—supported, educated, empowered, and never forgotten.
At our core, the NOB Foundation exists to provide free, life-saving medicines, essential aid, and compassionate care to sickle cell warriors in need. But our work goes beyond medical support. It is rooted in a commitment to never forget the “after-thoughts”—the children and families impacted by sickle cell in impoverished communities who are too often overlooked and left to face both the disease and the burden of poverty alone.
Grounded in our commitment to creating sustainable impact, our mission in 2025 came to life because of you. With the support of our donors, partners, and volunteers, we provided free life-saving medicines, food, and essential aid to over 300 sickle cell warriors. Through my annual birthday fundraiser, we supported 45 warrior mothers through our Warrior Mom in Business Project, equipping them with business education, financial literacy, and access to capital to build lasting economic stability. We enrolled 10 sickle cell warriors in our Warriors in Tech Project, opening doors to opportunity and long-term career pathways within our communities. Through partnerships with five organizations, we expanded our reach and strengthened our collective, sustainable impact.
2025 was also a year of reflection and loss. We mourned the passing of Rhoda, one of our NOB Foundation Ambassadors whose dedication to the sickle cell community inspired so many. While our hearts remain heavy, her legacy continues to move us forward with greater urgency and intention—guiding the work ahead.
Every program we build is designed to meet immediate needs while creating sustainable solutions, ensuring that no warrior and no family is forgotten.
